Factors To Bear In Mind Regarding Catholic Fundamentalism

By Freida Michael

There are several denominations with different believes in the world. They believe of one denomination might never be the same with what the other finds right. This has developed arguments between several parties which are seeking superiority on who is on the right track as far as Godly matters are concerned. Discussed are factors to bear in mind regarding catholic fundamentalism.

Fundamentalists or rather Protestants argue that the way the universal church interprets the scriptures is not certain to them. In one way or another, the context in which they give in as Protestants is different historically. There is that immediately a person accepts Christ as their personal savior, which is when a person will get saved. Otherwise, this is not the case with the universal church.

It is also to the concern of the traditionalists that those who have embraced Protestantism have a different philosophy regarding them. They cite unrealistic verses in order to mobilize the Christians against them. To them it appears practical but they are almost certain that they still dominate the in the doctrine. This appears as a bad context to them which others do entertain.

Another part that creates a lot of contrasting ideologies between these parties is the world and the kingdom. To those conformists, the world is wicked while the realm is good. This is in totality an irrelevant description when it comes to those who decided to leave the denomination. They choose to say that it is the beings that are wicked and not the world.

The idea of the creator criticizing the work of the human is said to be untrue. The thing is those individuals said to be conformant say that some creations as used against other people. This to the ones who are of a different perspective is said that the persons under the sun are wicked instead. Moreover, those who have embraced traditionalists do not appreciate man as a sinner.

Their case says that fundamentalists violate the rule and their faith. Their scope of interpretation is literal. This is pure violation and more of being selfish as they encourage individualism. This poses danger to the faiths of a lot of people according to them. Individualism is simply said to violate the tradition of the scripture. Their statement is that encouraging individualism excludes other people as they make their relationship with the creator so personal.

To be a worthy Christian is a course. One cannot wake up one morning and expect be saved. It all takes a due process so as to see an individual attain this. However, for the case of non-conventional, the idea of being saved is taken lightly. One does not require any form of preparation to see them being said be real Christians. That is wrong as per their believe but right to the Protestants.

All the dynamics outlined above brings out the factor clearly. The contrasting creeds embraced by the two churches in a bid to ascertain who understands more is depicted. However, every denomination has its own way and the way they understand the scriptures is different. However, the universal church still believes that it is still strong.
