In Argentina the security forces (provincial police, Federal Police and Naval Prefecture Argentina) have departments. In 80% of the country there are community organizations volunteer fire. These are divided into regional. Many of them belong to federations which in turn are associated with CNBVRA (entry level firefighter exam). Function as independent civil associations nonprofit and supported by contributions from neighboring complemented by government subsidies and donations from other countries. Many of these partnerships, especially in big cities, have a small core of paid firefighters, and private employees, to ensure service delivery.

There are many historical evidences of actions of groups of people organized fire, but the oldest evidence of what a body can compare with current fire appear with the Romans. In 2004, a Country archaeologists, led by Bernd Paeffgen discovered in Rhine Valley, which was described as a water pump 1650 years old. The team also had a thin tube of 1.10 meters was attached to the pump. Initially confused with a spear, subsequent tests revealed that it was a pipe or hose.

The first private university formed a Department, 12 May 2010. Moreover Pedagogical University Experimental Libertador (UPEL) currently has a Fire Corps University, located in city of Maturin, Monagas State. Since this University, the main house of studies in Venezuela, responsible for training the trainers of companies, such as teachers or professors.

But these curious firefighters were controlled by Crassus, ambitious and cruel, gave no order to extinguish the fire if the owner of the land or building not sold to rental price at that time. So, people preferred to earn money from the sale unfairly, to stay home or devastated land.
